Contact enquiries
When you submit a contact form, PTKeys receives your name, email address, optional phone number, message, the page associated with your enquiry, the submission time and your privacy consent. We use these details to respond to your enquiry about our properties or services.
Storage and email delivery
Your enquiry is saved in private website records on our AWS hosting and emailed to the PTKeys inbox through our existing mail service. These records and mailbox messages remain available to the team handling your enquiry. Contact [email protected] if information needs correcting or you wish to request removal of your enquiry.
Security and spam prevention
The form uses validation, a hidden spam field, signed single-use tokens, duplicate detection and request limits. It uses a hashed network identifier and hashed email identifier for abuse checks. The hosting and security services may also process technical connection information.
Cookies and embedded content
The contact form does not require an account and does not set tracking cookies. Hosting and security providers may use technical cookies or connection data to operate their services. Some pages embed third-party maps, availability calendars or videos. Their providers may receive connection information when that content loads and apply their own privacy policies.
